Senior Electrical Superintendent, Mission Critical Data Centers

A premier mission critical builder needs a Senior Electrical Superintendent to run site operations on active hyperscale data center expansions. You will manage field electrical installation, substation tie-ins and critical gear placement, keeping trades moving safely ahead of schedule.

Run the field on back-to-back hyperscale phases with real site autonomy and top-tier bonuses.

Why this role exists

Continuous multi-megawatt phases are kicking off, which gives this role stability, clear site leadership autonomy and strong project bonuses.

What the first twelve months look like

Within your first year you will have energized major gear lineups safely, held the 3-week lookahead and handed systems to commissioning on schedule.

What you'll own

  • Lead day-to-day electrical site execution across medium-voltage switchgear, busway, backup generation and UPS lineups.
  • Enforce zero-injury safety protocols and QA/QC standards for Tier III and Tier IV environments.
  • Drive 3-week lookahead schedules and resolve coordination clashes before they hit the critical path.
  • Supervise pre-commissioning checks and energization sequences with the utility and commissioning teams.

What we need to see

  • 8+ years on commercial or industrial electrical sites, including 3+ years on large data center or mission critical projects.
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license, or a formal Construction Management qualification.
  • Expert understanding of NFPA 70E, utility interconnection protocols and large-scale cable pulling and terminations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex trade overlaps without site downtime.
